I never did get a call back from BBVA Compass, but figured the site out on my own. The local office apologized for the lack of customer service.

I was unable to login to my account. Called Customer service while they were open, but was told "you'll have to wait until next Tuesday".

Finally, after I played with their very poor instructions and 4 emails later, I was able to figure out what was needed to reset my password, but now I not only must put in my Password, I have to answer at least 2 of the security questions every time I try to log on. Always poor customer service with BBVA Compass!

I don't recommend them to anyone and am seriously considering leaving after many years with them. They don't seem to be customer oriented at all any longer.

I just had a similar experience today. No longer a customer after 34 years. I was yelled at by a bank manager!!
