Today at compass bank in sumiton there was one teller with 7 customer in line and 14 cars in the drive thru 2 ladies that work there one being the branch manger said they have to work like that that's what they were told to do. That is not good service
Your consumers should have better service. I understand the demands of business and making your bottom line balance. However watching employees hold personal conversations while on the clock was extremely frustrating. Then to be told that I had to basically had to deal with it because that's how the cookie crumbled. Not cool.
