The total loss department seems to be gosting clients! I have been told there is no phone number and can only respond by email.

I will not pay another car payment on a car that has been totaled for 7 1/2 weeks. I have emailed and 1 week later still NO reaponse. There are several complaints on there facebook page with same problem. Whats up should be legal actions we can take as they ruin the crediy of people by not supplying information Needed to file gap insurance.

I have never had an issue with a company like this before. Its as if there is no total loss department and were getti g the run around!

This has occurred with me as well. Three months with no returned call and they have reported me to credit bureau for none pay on a totaled vehicle.

Been in three way with insurer multiple occasions and CSR end up hanging up on us because they don't seem to know procedures or there is a language issue.

BBVA Compass has not been a company who follow the fair reporting act with their borrowers. I'm depleted attempting to contact the total loss department.

My gap insurance and myself have been trying to get a hold of the total loss department for 2 months now, and I am experiencing the same thing everyone else is, late fees, etc., etc. Terrible experience with this bank I will never get a loan from them, and I will make sure I spread out the word to as many people as possible to not get a loan from them.

I am experiencing the same issue with BBVA and it is very frustrating! My car was totaled 3 weeks ago and I not my adjusters have been unable to contact the Total Loss Department.

We have called several times and emailed. Meanwhile, I am being charged late fees for a car that is no longer in my possession. Terrible service.

No stars... 10 of 10 hotties would avoid.

I'm going through this now. Took my insurance company two months to contact them and pay down the loan.

They now can't process my payments I still owe and at the same time have the nerve to tell me I'm late! If they ruin my credit I am suing and between my insurance company and myself we have enough evidence to win.

They donโ€™t want to pay this Gap insurance is all that is and it is a fraud department. An attorney should get in this right away
